Why QuarryFi exists
Software work leaves evidence. Tax season should not depend on memory.
QuarryFi helps software-building small businesses organize the activity, cost context, and review notes that may support an R&D credit conversation with a CPA or tax attorney. We are building for owners who want a clearer evidence trail without sharing their source code or paying a percentage of a potential credit.
What we are — and are not
Documentation software, not a tax firm.
QuarryFi prepares estimates and CPA-reviewable support materials from the records a customer chooses to connect or enter. We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice; determine a final filing position; sign or submit tax returns; or guarantee credits, refunds, or audit outcomes.
Source and review policy
Primary sources first, judgment kept visible.
Our public educational pages are drafted to explain the product and the IRS framework in plain language. Material tax claims should link to primary sources such as IRS instructions, regulations, and statutory text. We label product estimates as estimates and explain exceptions instead of treating every engineering activity as qualifying work.
Updates and corrections
We update substance, not just timestamps.
We review public guidance when product behavior or material tax rules change. A page’s update date changes only after a substantive review. If you find a factual error, outdated source, or unclear product statement, contact us and include the page URL plus the supporting source. We will investigate and correct confirmed issues.
